API call name formats

The only INtime API that starts with “Rt” is RtSleep.

All low-level kernel functions start with “kn”.

All NTX functions start with “ntx”.

iwin32 and iwin32x functions do not have “Rt” after the start of the name.

iwin32x functions start with “Rt”.
