Common API, different implementations

The INtime for Windows configuration uses the filesystem of Windows. Thus, filename conventions, access control, share modes etc are all ruled by the Windows filesystem.

Filesystem attributes for a INtime distributed RTOS configuration with INtime 6 are ruled by the more restrictive INtime filesystem implementation currently comparable to FAT32. INtime distributed RTOS also does not support asynchronous operation.
