iwin32 Rules

There are some differences in the way objects are identified in the iwin32 and INtime API. For developers experienced with the Win32 API, the iwin32 rules are well known.
Just like NTX offers a subset of the INtime API for use in a Windows application, iwin32x is a subset of the iwin32 API that allows Windows to access real-time iwin32 objects. Roughly iwin32x consists of iwin32 minus threads, interrupts and timers.
