Object Mailbox System Calls
An object mailbox is used to send and receive handles for RT objects.
The response mailbox parameter can be used as a “return address” in a handshake type of transaction. This parameter can be a handle for a mailbox or a semaphore (more on this later), or it can be NULL_RTHANDLE to indicate that no response is expected.
