Sponsor Process
Every Windows and RT process can register itself as a sponsor; multiple registering is also allowed. By registering itself, a process indicates that it provides some service to dependents; typically, this means that it will use an RT communication object, whose handle should then be cataloged. Note that INtime does not know the relationship between the sponsor's name and the RT communication object.
A sponsor name must be unique in the whole system, that is including the Windows system, its local INtime node (if any) and all remote INtime nodes.
A sponsor that is about to stop its services should unregister itself by calling UnregisterRtSponsor resp ntxUnregisterSponsor.
