Scaling the System – DSM and Global Objects Technology

The mapping of Nodes to Hosts in an INtime System can be done dynamically, normally defined during startup. INtime binaries run identical in INtime for Windows and INtime Distributed RTOS configurations.

DSM (Distributed System Manager) and Global OBjectS Technology logically connect the individual nodes to behave as one system. Global Objects technology is implemented in Windows via NTX, in INtime via GOBS.
